Lunch
- chunk of cedar-planked salmon
- ~10 stalks steamed asparagus
- 4 raw oysters
- several glasses ice water
Pre-workout snack
- handful of blueberries
- handful of macadamia nuts; roasted, unsalted
Dinner
- 12 shrimp
- more broccoli, with lemon juice and EVOO; filled about 1/3 of the plate
- handful-ish of blueberries
- handful of almonds; roasted, unsalted
- CaMgZn x 2
- 24 oz water
