Lunch (Bone Daddy's)
- Leftover chili; ground beef, bell pepper, some red beans, onion, & spices
- ice water
Dinner
- grilled turkey breast
- store-bought meatballs (not exactly paleo, but I only had a few)
- two sauteed zucchini
-1 banana
- CaMgZn x 2
- fish oil x 5
- ice water
