- 1 steamed broccoli crown; ~ 1/3 plateful
- 1/2 grapefruit
- CaMgZn x 2
- fish oil x 5
- 1 cup coffee; black
another cup of coffee at work
Lunch (w team at work)
[forgive me Chad, Dale, and Mike, for I have sinned. Going out by myself wasn't really an option though]
- three pieces of pizza
Dinner (Iron Cactus downtown)
- grilled tiger shrimp, steak, & veggie skewers
- ~12 grilled asparagus
- iced water & iced tea
- 3 Corona beers at some piano bar (gaah!)
