- 1 cup coffee; black
Lunch (Z Tejas)
- migas w/ spinach, mushrooms, & avocado. Ate the black beans. Gave the potatoes to Rachel.
- Bloody Mary
- 2 cups coffee
- ice water
Dinner
- 1 1/2 baked chicken breast
- steamed cauliflower, w/ EVOO & paprika
- ice water
- Fish oil x 5
- CaMgZn x 2
