- medium cappucino on way to office
Lunch
- (Chili's) Grilled Chicken Margarita with double side of steamed veggies (mostly broccoli, with some squash and carrot)
- ice water
Dinner
- big bowl of spaghetti squash with ~12 boiled shrimp. Sauce was store-bought bottled but reasonably healthy.
- several strawberries
- handful of almonds
- CaMgZn x 2
- fish oil x 5
- ice water
