Paleo challenge - March 12, 2010

Breakfast
- 5 pieces nitrate-free bacon
- three eggs scrambled in some of the bacon grease
- leftover spaghetti squash w shrimp
- fish oil x 5
- CaMgZn x 2
- 1 cup coffee; black

Garage workout
Tabata sequence of:
- burpees
- squats
- pushups
- situps
- tuck jumps
- 15 lb med ball press

Don't have my numbers written down here, but I'll try to post them later. This was frickin' hard.



Lunch (12:00 - 1:15)
- (Mimi's Cafe) Pistachio crusted salmon with artichoke ragout, with double side of steamed broccoli
- ice water

Snack to get ready for equipment loading for Crossfit Sectionals (2:30 - 2:45)
- medium coffee on way to Crossfit Central
- handful of almonds
- 4 strawberries


Dinner
- fist-size hunk of grilled NY strip steak
-1/4 plate sauteed kale w/ garlic and red pepper flake
- 1/4 plate spaghetti squash w/ olive oil and black pepper

- CaMgZn x 2
- fish oil x 5
- ice water
